Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase (or gift) for any reason, you may do so within 30 days (for purchases made on our website) since the date of purchase. You are also able to email us with any questions or concerns regarding your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, an original order number is required. You must provide a proof of date of receipt of your item or a proof of purchase from BiancaStreet store.Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To begin a return or exchange you would like to ship back, please email us at helpdesk@biancastreet.com with the subject header "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee". Trial of our products lasts 30 Days from date of purchase but for no more than stipulated. Once approved, each item returned must be sent back in its own box with its own return label to the address provided by our customer care representative. We recommend that you use a tracked service to return your goods and keep a copy of your returns receipt should we need to trace your order, as without this we cannot refund goods that are lost in the post. If not, the refund will not be processed. All refunds should be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund in this time, please contact us with the tracking information for the return so we can investigate and locate the package.
For items purchased from a partner or third party: Bianca Street is unable to provide refunds, replacements, or assist with purchases made from a partner or third party. Please reach out to the partner for their respective terms and conditions governing returns and exchanges. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. The postage costs for the sending and returning of product/s are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
Items marked as sale/discounted, bundled or gift cards, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable)
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s). Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging.
