Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide for our clientele's convenience. As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hubs where our products are made. We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. We are working to provide international shipping to more destinations in the near future! 

When your order is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Fast-Line Delivery (2-4 Weeks)
All orders placed on Bianca Street are subject to a 3-5 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped the approximate delivery times will be provided by email with your tracking number. Estimated delivery dates are calculated by the carrier and will vary depending on your exact location.


While the estimated delivery date for parcels is on average 9-15 days, we often find that our clients receive their parcels ahead of schedule.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier in the shipping process.

 

Rush Processing Insured Shipping
After your payment is verified, rush processing may take up to 24 hours to process and 48 hours to ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PT will not be processed until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PT on a Friday, your order will likely be on its way on the following Monday.

To ensure peace of mind with our comprehensive shipping insurance covers damages that occur strictly during the shipping process. This means that if your order is damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to either replace the items or reimburse you for their value. Please note that shipping insurance does not cover damages caused by mishandling after delivery. Additionally, all shipping costs, insurance and priority processing, are non-refundable once purchased. If you have any questions about our shipping insurance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our policy covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages in transit only, guaranteeing that your customers receive their products in perfect condition or get a full refund or replacement. Secure your shipments against unforeseen events with a reliable coverage.


Shipping Disclaimers:
1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped, no amendments to your order can be made. This means, no changes to the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, if your package is lost, stolen or missing we suggest contacting the shipping courier and your local post-office, and opening a claim.
4. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers are sent in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to validate.
5. Return shipping cost: In the event of a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. A return label will be issued, deducted from your refund.
7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees, rush processing and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
